Taranaki Rugby Football Union and Taranaki Rugby Referees
Association are seeking a Referee Development Leader to play a pivotal role in growing and strengthening our referee community. Working closely with the Taranaki Rugby Referees Association (TRRA), Community Rugby Manager and New Zealand Rugby, you will lead initiatives to recruit, develop, support and retain referees across the region.

This is a rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of refereeing in Taranaki by delivering education programmes, supporting referee
appointments, coordinating coaching and development opportunities, and creating clear pathways for referees at every stage of their journey. You'll also play a key role in encouraging greater participation from women and girls and
fostering a positive, inclusive and connected referee community.
