Kendra Cocksedge Tournament

Under 16 girls

Part of the Glass Group Female Pathway, the Kendra Cocksedge Tournament gives Under 16 girls a proper representative campaign. It is named for one of Taranaki's greats. Kendra Cocksedge played her junior rugby for Coastal, then went on to 100 caps for Canterbury and 68 for the Black Ferns.

Her journey is the foundation of the Taranaki Female Pathway, which runs on through the Under 16 and Under 18 representative sides and into teams like the Central Roofing Taranaki Whio. Iritana Hohaia is that pathway working right now. She came up through the Taranaki ranks and is shining on the international stage with the Black Ferns.

Three zones play it: North, South and Central.
