Taranaki Rugby has announced the appointment of three new members to its Board, further strengthening the governance and leadership of the Taranaki Rugby Football Union.
Amy Williamson, Conrad Smith and Tim Stuck join the Board in 2026, bringing a diverse range of expertise spanning finance, education, community leadership and high-performance rugby.
Williamson, a proud Taranaki local, brings significant financial expertise through her role as Head of Financial Information & Insights at TSB Bank. Her experience in strategic financial management and organisational performance will provide valuable insight to the Board.
Stuck combines a strong rugby background with extensive leadership experience. A former Yarrows Taranaki Bulls halfback, he remains deeply connected to the region through his role as Principal of Francis Douglas Memorial College and his longstanding involvement in the community.
Smith is widely regarded as one of New Zealand rugby’s greats, earning 94 Test caps for the All Blacks during an illustrious playing career. Since retiring from professional rugby, he has remained closely involved in the game through grassroots refereeing and his current role as Chief of Rugby Operations for the International Rugby Players Association.
TRFU Board Chair Dan Radcliffe welcomed the appointments.
“The appointments of Amy, Conrad and Tim bring significant experience and quality to the Taranaki Rugby Board,” Radcliffe said.
“Collectively, they offer a diverse range of skills and perspectives, from finance and governance through to education, community leadership and rugby at the highest international level.
“We are excited about the contribution each of them will make as we continue to develop and grow rugby across Taranaki.”
The three new appointments join an experienced Board led by Chair Dan Radcliffe, alongside President Kevin Barrett, Vice President Colin Cooper, elected directors Mike Summerell, John Dazley and Nathan Gray, and appointed directors Sarah Mako, Paige Croft and Scott Ireland.
