Tickets for the biggest rugby match in Taranaki next year go on sale on Wednesday 11 November. The Gallagher Chiefs host the Hurricanes at Stadium Taranaki on Easter Sunday.
The DHL Super Rugby Pacific Round 7 match kicks off at 4pm on Sunday 28 March 2027.
Gallagher Chiefs and Taranaki Rugby members get first access in a 48 hour presale from Monday 9 November. Tickets go on sale to the public on Wednesday 11 November at 9am through Ticketek.
The match brings both halves of Taranaki's Super Rugby story to the same ground. The province was part of the Hurricanes from 1996 to 2013 and has been Chiefs country since 2014. The two sides last met here for competition points in 2015.
There will be Yarrows Taranaki Bulls players in both camps. Locks Josh Lord and Tupou Vaa'i are long-standing Chiefs with over 100 caps between them, while New Plymouth born Jordie Barrett is a Hurricanes co captain.
The game will be the first clash between the two teams since the DHL Super Rugby Pacific 2026 final.
