TARANAKI MĀORI RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION
ABOUT TMRFU
Taranaki Māori Rugby Football Union was formed in 1923 and oversees tribal rugby games played in the area around Mount Taranaki.
These 17 taonga give an insight into aspects of tribal rugby - the players and personalities involved on and off the field and the ways in which rugby has enabled the tribes of Taranaki to express their pride and bring their whole community together.
