
Excitement is building amongst boys and girls all over Taranaki with Denis Wheeler Earthmoving Ferdie Rugby set to kick off this Saturday May 4.
Denis Wheeler Earthmoving Ferdie Rugby enables young Taranaki tamariki to learn and develop new skills while creating memorable experiences with their teammates.
186 teams across 16 Taranaki junior clubs are set to take to playing fields across the region.
The team at Denis Wheeler Earthmoving are proud to continue their support of junior rugby and the youth of Taranaki in the place they call home.
They offer a wide range of earthmoving, excavation, civil construction and landscaping services and have been in the local market for the last 20 years with their site based on Corbett Road.
Denis Wheeler Earthmoving have been a key contractor in the Yarrow Stadium redevelopment and other significant local projects including the Taranaki Base Hospital redevelopment.
Taranaki Rugby’s partnership with Denis Wheeler Earthmoving will again include two exciting initiatives for Ferdie Rugby participants.
Denis Wheeler Earthmoving will shout each Ferdie Rugby “Player of the Day” a child admission to the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre, Wai o Rua - Stratford Aquatic Centre or the Hāwera Aquatic Centre.
One lucky team will win the opportunity to train on Yarrow Stadium #1 with their local Amber & Black heroes, last year the Inglewood Under 7s were the lucky recipients.
Parents and caregivers across Taranaki will have the opportunity to enter their son or daughters team in the draw by uploading a photo of their child showcasing their Denis Wheeler Earthmoving Ferdie Rugby Player of the Day voucher on the Taranaki Community Facebook page from this weekend.
