Bulls memberships come with an All Blacks bonus
Port Taranaki Bulls fans have the chance to get ahead of the pack this season.
Port Taranaki Bulls season ticket memberships are now on sale, and those who take up a membership also have the option to buy tickets to the All Blacks’ Rugby Championship match against Argentina at Yarrow Stadium, on Saturday, 9 September.
“The All Blacks tickets don’t go on sale to the general public until July, so by buying a Port Taranaki Bulls season membership Taranaki fans get a great opportunity to ensure they get a ticket to the test as well,” Taranaki Rugby commercial manager Geoff Hitchcock said.
Hitchcock said the union was expecting a big uptake of season memberships, with not only the All Blacks visiting, but the Bulls boasting an exciting team and a great draw of home games against Waikato, Counties-Manukau, Bay of Plenty, Tasman, and Manawatu. Tickets to individual Taranaki games go on sale in July.
“We’ve worked really hard with New Zealand Rugby and have been able to make four of our five home games 7.35pm kickoffs to accommodate our rural community, who are dedicated supporters of Taranaki rugby,” Hitchcock said.
As part of the Port Taranaki Bulls membership, fans get discounted prices to the Bulls’ regular season games, discounted prices for playoff games, and the pick of the best seats in the stadium. There are also member prize draws at every Mitre 10 Cup home game.
Memberships to the popular Hotter Engineering Family Zone are also available.
“The Family Zone sold out for three of the five home games last season, so it’s extremely popular and a membership is the easier option to ensuring the kids don’t miss out,” Hitchcock said.
Port Taranaki Bulls memberships can be bought at Taranaki Rugby headquarters at Yarrow Stadium or online by clicking on the Matchday link at trfu.co.nz.
